Based in California, Wireless Source sells refurbished mobile devices and computers through an online store organized by brand and product family. Device testing is part of the retail model at Wireless Source, which provides a more than 30-point inspection process.
The company lists electronics in excellent, very good, and fair condition, distinguishing products by their cosmetic wear. Its phone catalog includes several iPhone generations alongside Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. Shoppers can browse unlocked iPhones or devices designated for specific carriers. Beyond smartphones, the selection includes iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches, with categories for headphones and earbuds too.
Purchases include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. The business ships domestically and to countries abroad, with delivery times varying by destination. Its customer-support channels include email and social media. Wireless Source also maintains a blog with articles about evaluating phone batteries and checking refurbished devices before purchase.
